CHOCOLATE ACAI ANTIOXIDANT SUGAR SCRUB
I have recently been experimenting with skincare products. I have to say, there is not a thing in the world like some good homemade products, especailly a good sugar scrub . My skin cleans up so much better when I make and use more natural ingredients. I have been at this game for a while and have proven enough times over that natural skincare is the best.
CHOCOLATE ACAI ANTIOXIDANT SUGAR SCRUB INGREDIENTS
Mix all of the ingredients well and store in an airtight container. When using take a teaspoon and wet with water or any other liquid of your choice that works best for your skin type. Apply a thin layer to skin and with wet fingers very gently and softly scrub skin in light little circular motion. Rinse with warm water.
My skin has developed a crazy rough texture again and my pores seem so clogged with sebum. This weekend I made a sugar scrub with cocoa and acai powder. The results are what I am always seeking when I use a sugar scrub, all while keeping my skin with a nourished plumped feel. I love my sugar scrubs and how well they clean out all the sebum from my pores.
HOW TO SCRUB
If you are in your 20’s and have blackheads or little white heads, start clearing those now. The longer you let them accumulate the more clogged and stretched your pores will become. The big problem is, once a pore is stretched it never shrinks back. Your best bet is to keep them cleaned and clear. For that reason I adore making sugar scrubs for my face. Yes, jagged little sugar pieces to lightly buff that crud away. If you try this and go heavy handed with the scrubbing, then yes skin will be harmed by causing little tears if you are not careful. Practice common sense and scrub very gently in tiny circular motions in all the spots that count the most.
