PAPAYA AND POMEGRANATE ENZYME MASK | FACIAL FRIDAY #41
While up north I was able to crank out a few facial items I have wanted to try for sometime. There are so many fruit enzymes that work as a natural chemical exfoliant. Papaya is one I wanted to try forever! Before starting this blog, I did more research than actually trying anything. I started the blog as a journal for all of the recipes I try out. If you have followed me for this long you will know not every mask has worked. This enzyme mask worked well because it is so simple.
PAPAYA AND POMEGRANATE ENZYME MASK
1/2 Papaya Pulp
Take the fruit pulp and pomegranate powder and puree in a blender. Apply a generous amount and wear for 15-20 minutes.
Papaya is full of alpha hydroxy acids and enzymes. As a natural chemical exfoliant the enzymes will break down dead skin cells. I will have to admit getting a little more sun without consistent sunblock application and this mask, helped peel away the skin that may have absorbed a little to much sun.
Like the pineapple, this papaya mask will provide your skin with a glowing affect. If used too often it can lighten the skin. DO not use too often if you do not what you want to happen.
This was another quick facial mask. I hope you enjoyed this quick enzyme mask recipe! Have a great weekend, thank you for stopping in! Make sure to check out our other recipes! Make it a great day!
