Triple Berry and Banana Oat Smoothie Recipe

Triple Berry and Banana Oat Smoothie

Have you ever had something so good that when you have it again, it is like having it for the first time every single time.  That has been this triple berry and banana oat smoothie and I can seriously have one every morning as my breakfast.

I have this local chain smoothie shop where I first had a triple berry oat smoothie and this is hands down the smoothie I love! I feel so much better everyday I choose this as my start.   I usually add raw turbinado sugar and the pea protein instead of the splenda and whey offered at the smoothie shop.   It is so good!!!  I have to say Mmmmmmm, mmm mmm mmm!!!! Every time I take a drink.  It has been a healthy alternative to what I used to have for breakfast, and inspired me to make my own version at home.

This smoothie is also perfect for those in pursuit of healthy skin, as it is loaded with high antioxidant berries and oatmeal.  Antioxidants are great protectors to our skin and body against environmental aggressors.  Oatmeal has soothing qualities and I find when my skin is red and inflamed when I eat oatmeal it helps calm my skin.

I would love feed back on these healthy skin from within recipes.  I love to make skincare recipes I use from the inside as well as the outside and I have been battling troubled skin for so long I am learning what has worked for me and what hasn’t.  I am happy to share any way that I can.  I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or dermatologist and I only recommend what has worked best for me.  I know not everyone is the same.  Through trial and error and learning from other beauty enthusiast I have learned to read my body and skin.  Personally, diet has been a huge benefactor in my skins current appearance.

Thank you for checking out a new style of post and I hope to share lots more!
